Work In Progress R1

- I was still think about a space that Draws you in visually (so colour and patterns) mesmerising.almost Hypnotising and then it becomes jarring or have sound that will kind of want people to leave or Vibration

- I kept Experimenting with patterns and playing around with Mirroring patterns and speed.

when playing around with Reversing the patterns and sound it made me think of The Beatles

-When I talked with Kathleen she spoke about telepath, Zener cards and mind control

I then watched a Short documentary about how in the Future the idea of using your mind to Control things.
Brain cells communicate to each other by firing off tiny chemical and electric signals and when you think of something like disappear a particular pattern of brain waves are generate and thats what the head set picks up.But the head set at the Moment is imperfect as echo of the waves.

This made me think about ...

Marcus Lyall - On your wavelength

On Your Wavelength has been developed specifically for Winter Lights at Canary Wharf. This interactive light sculpture and music installation is controlled by a participant’s mind via an EEG headset. As their thought patterns change, the electrical data from their brain is used to control the music and create intricate light patterns, which illuminate a large-scale light tunnel fitted with over 30,000 LEDs.

I was thinking about using light and People Interacting And engaging within a space as last year i did say that " I would like to take this further and Experiment more with Physical space and how our bodies Interact with Objects within a space."

-When I spoke to Kathleen and she talked about testing people and maybe looking into Phobias

Trypophobia is a fear or disgust of closely-packed holes. People who have it feel queasy when looking at surfaces that have small holes gathered close together.

I thought about making a space that would make people feel uncomfortable?

I was driving at night and I was looking at the lights on the road and the light in the Tunnel and i remember as a kid loving going light under. which made me think of this guy

JULIAN OPIE Night motorway
